Jaspreet Kaur, a beautician passionate about making her clients feel and look their best, opens one-of-a-kind service for the Roxburgh Village community.

“It has always been my aim to provide people with the best service possible” Jaspreet says. “My business achieves this through our meticulous hiring process that ensures my staff are highly experienced”.

When looking for people to join her team, Jaspreet knows what to look for having operated Aesthetics Brow and Lash Experts for four years, opening in November 2018. This is also something she admires about Roxburgh Village; its management team and the way they prioritise community.

When it comes to identifying why her customers support her business, Jaspreet attributes it to the experience mentioning “people are busy, and when they’ve specifically taken time out of their day to visit Aesthetics Brow and Lash Experts, I want to ensure that it’s enjoyable for them and they love the final result”. Customers also love what services we offer, the most popular being eyebrow threading, eyelash extensions and facial treatments, which are ultra-luxurious due to using the Skyndor skin products.

The friendliness and support of her customers is something that fills Jaspreet with joy and inspires her. “You can see when people love what’s been achieved for them, we really have the best customers”.

Jaspreet likes that Roxburgh Village has a nice feel and is comforting to visit every day for work. Being a customer there as well as a business owner, she appreciates the convenience of being able to meet her own needs by popping over to the Telstra shop, grabbing a coffee or lunch at Degani or picking up some dinner ingredients at Coles on her way home. “It’s a one-stop shop, that has everything I need”.
